If you have realm down, it could be for any of the following reasons:
- Creating games too fast.
- Joining and Leaving games too fast.
- Switching characters too fast.
- Using hacks.
- Any number of other reasons, including doing absolutely nothing.
If you have a different way, please PM me and I will add it.
Method #1:
- Go to Start.
- Click on 'Run'
- Type in 'cmd' and press enter.
- Type in 'ipconfig /release all'.
- Type in 'ipconfig /renew all'.
Method #2:
This works for Windows XP; not tested on other operating systems.
- Go to Start.
- Click on 'Run'
- Type in 'cmd' and press enter
- Type in 'ipconfig /release all'
- Type in 'ipconfig /renew all'
- Locate 'My Network Places'.
- Locate your 'Local Area Connection'.
- Right-Click on 'Local Area Connection' and go to 'properties'.
- Double Click on 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)' from the list under the 'General' tab.
- Click on the 'Use the following IP address' under the 'General' tab.
- Create an IP address (Doesn't matter what numbers it is, easiest to just type in 1 and 2 until it's filled up.)
- Press 'Tab' and it should automatically fill in the 'Subnet Mask' section with default numbers.
- Hit the 'OK' button.
- Hit the 'OK button again.
- Right-Click on 'Local Area Connection' and go to 'properties' again.
- Go back to the 'TCP/IP' settings.
- This time, select 'Obtain an IP Address automatically.'
- Hit the 'OK' button.
- Hit the 'OK' button again.
- You now should have a new IP address.
Method #3
This works for Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router; not tested on other routers.
- Open up your internet browser.
- Go to http://192.168.1.1/
- Find 'Mac Address Clone'.
- If it is not enabled, enable it.
- Change the last two digits to any combination of numbers 1-9 and any letter A-F (4F, A1, 7C, for example).
- Click 'Save Settings'.
- Click 'Continue'.
