Blizzard Ban d2 loader account ban

Beware everyone and users of d2 loader blizzard is banning especially users of d2loader i asked a blizzard associate a few questions about the issue his contact is MartyT.Support@Blizzard.com.

Question: how come some accounts did not get banned they also used d2 loader why only certain ones?

MartyT response: If they weren't detected, they wouldn't have been closed.

Question: so does that mean i can use d2 loader with those specific accounts since blizzard fails to detect them numerous times?

MartyT response: Of course not. Using D2Loader will get your account closed and CD-Key disabled.

Question: But i have used these accounts with d2 loader several times and nothing has happen does it maybe have to do with the age of the account?

MartyT response: No, the age of the account has nothing to do with it. D2Loader at one time was fairly harmless and the developers chose not to look for it. However, over time, many much more serious hack programs such as bots that play the game for you, use D2Loader as a foundation and won't work without it. This has left us no choice but to consider D2Loader as a hack program that if detected, will result in an account closure. There are no exceptions, if you use it, you will get your account closed. The subject of which hacks we look for and ignore is not open for debate.

Question: is there any chance you can get your accounts back?

MartyT response: I'm sorry, but closed accounts are closed permanently. They will not be reopened. Only cd-keys are disabled for 30 days on the first offense.
